To reach the Sports Centre from the train station:

From the station exit/entrance, head towards the pedestrian crossing to the right, just past the bicycle park. Cross here, and continue straight ahead. You will cross over a bridge after about 5 minutes. The road bends to the left (to Worcester Street), and there is another pedestrian crossing. Cross here, in order to be able to continue walking in the same direction as before (along George Street). Keep walking in this direction (passing various sandwich shops and Italian restaurants on your way) until you reach a crossroads with Debenhams and Waterstones on the corners. Turn right here (onto Cornmarket Street), and continue until you reach another crossroads. Turn left (onto High Street), and cross to the other side of the road. Keep walking along high street until you reach a roundabout. (This will take 10-15 minutes.) At the roundabout there are three roads you can take. Take the one on the right (Iffley Road). Walk along Iffley Road until you come to a gate with a sign that says Oxford University Sports. The gate is marked as pedestrian and cycle entrance.

To get to the changing rooms and dojo:

Go through the Sports Centre gate, and continue along the path as far as you can (watch out for speeding cyclists). The path bends round to the left, as you follow this round, you'll pass a cycle park on your right. You will see a slope and some steps leading up to a door. This is the main entrance. Inside, go past the turnstile and the cafe. On the left are the changing rooms, and on the right, through the double door and along the corridor, the last door on the left is the dojo.
